The ride kicks off at Reservoir Park at 12 pm, Registration at 11 am. At registration participants will receive a “clue card” and begin the hunt throughout downtown Salt Lake in search of local food gems. Riders will return to Reservoir Park by 3:30 pm with as many items completed as they can find and submit their clue cards for a prize drawing conducted by Honorary Guest, Mayor Ralph Becker at 4 pm. This will be a great party! We'll have some great food from our local food trucks, The Joshua Payne Trio, and all of you! Visit ediblewasatch.com for more details and to register. All participants must be cycling during the hunt to be eligible for the prize drawing.
It's only $20, and you'll donate to a great cause and get some great grub after the race.
Organizers wish to make it even more successful than last year. Non-profits and other organizations will be there with delicious food, activities, free stuff, and more bikes than you can dream of. It really is a lot of fun and helps support local, sustainable farming and food production. More info after the break.
Riders will be riding for hours and really want a great party to come and relax, get some grub, enjoy a nice cold beer and learn about other local like-minded organizations that they can get involved in. Some of you have already contacted us with your interest to attend, but I'm sending this out to give you full details of what would be required.
*Also we are now signing up VOLUNTEERS. Volunteers register the same way as if they were registering for the ride, except it's free for them and it will indicate that on the registration. Please spread the word!
Thank you so much for all your support! This event is one of kind! Let's keep the momentum strong! I hope you all were join us again this year!
Please feel free to contact me directly with any questions you might have!
Cheers!
