ReplyDeleteHelmets should be required...we will be going way too fast to be looking cool.
ReplyDeleteOne thing that seems weird is you say the laps are about 3.5 miles, each heat will be 4 laps which is 14 miles per heat. With 3 heats that would actually be 42 miles.
ReplyDeleteThat is more of a circuit race rather than a Criterium.
one lap = .85 miles.
ReplyDeleteOK that sounds a lot better, I guess my reading skills are still not up to par. Where is the course going to be?
ReplyDeleteI was worried for a second too, this is gonna be great!
ReplyDeleteSpectacular!
ReplyDeleteSS crit? Too slow, not enough blood. Pass.
ReplyDeleteif it's too slow your not going hard enough.
ReplyDeleteSlow? I doubt it. Also, it will be a shit show with all of us battling through the corners together.
ReplyDeleteWomen's division?

ReplyDeleteHey you crazy kids! Sorry to ask again, but is it just guys, or are there girls joining too? Seperate race or are we all in it together?
ReplyDeletePostponed?!?!
ReplyDeleteKalen,
ReplyDeleteI am guessing whether or not there will be "separate race" is something that will be determined by how many girls show up.
Awesome! See you there!
ReplyDeleteI hope it rains!
ReplyDeleteJust FYI to all...Joergen never showed, and from what we could gather, he was the race organizer. It turned into a super impromptu Crit race in Liberty Park. Working on organizing another one in the next few weeks. Keep checking back.
