SLC Bicycle Co. over on 2nd and 2nd holds a Ladies Night every once in a while and they have one coming up on Tuesday, April 13. It's free and they teach you some simple bike maintenance like fixing a flat without getting your hands dirty and such. They've also got some womens specific accessories and will fit you for a saddle, not to mention prizes and refreshments.
I went to one of these last year and ended up getting a good deal on a new saddle, got a goodie bag with a water bottle and tire levers among other things, yummy food, and met some awesome ladies.
Just make sure that you RSVP on their website if you're interested! Sorry guys, this is a girls-only event.
