What's a ZooBomb? Click to Zoobomb.
...So a Ubomb will be riding down the steep UofU hills (hopefully as a weekly event) on a range of odd bicycles including the ever popular children's bicycle (mini-bike).
I did a logo for the event:

They are scheduled to post a website on this event, and when they do, I will be sure to inform you Salters what this is all about.
heck yahz! there is already a U-bomb (sort-of) short for eugenebomb, but more encompasing, as in anyone can do it as long as "U" do it (better!)
ReplyDeleteAnyway, psyched to hear you're bombin them hillz, the empire spreads!
Thanks for the visit. We hope to make the 'bombs of bikes around the world proud with our brigade of freak bik'n, trik'n and the famous kiddie bike rid'n down the hills of Salt Lake City.
ReplyDeleteI don't think people will confuse the "U" bombs, figure if anything they will be enlightened to even more wild and fun rides.
Thanks for the info. I was unaware of the EugeneBomb.
Gabe is ALMOST correct. There is BOTH EugeneBomb and U-Bomb. However, EugeneBomb is basically dead, though U-Bomb lives on.
ReplyDeleteThe "U" stands for "Universal" -- one love, one bomb. It also stands for "you" because if you don't bomb there is no U-Bomb.
The only credo of U-Bomb is that unlike Zoobomb you walk up the hill. Thus the slogan "U-Walk, U-Bomb!"
Here are the websites for each:
