Salt Lake City wants your opinion

Public comment is part of the democratic process and Salt Lake City wants your voice to be heard. There has been a lot of attention around the new 300 East CycleTrack, one of the newest additions to Salt Lakes bicycle infrastructure. If you have pedaled, driven, walked, or live on the section of 300 East where the CycleTrack runs, visit www.bikeslc.com and let your voice be heard.

CycleTracks that have been installed in other cities have been incredibly successful. Ridership in Chicago by 55 percent (Chicago, Kinzie Street), 48 percent in Washington DC, and 28 percent in New York City. Protected bikeways help people feel safer on the road which it turn, ups the amount of people who ride.

Help Salt Lake City continue to build a safer community for all cyclists by filling out one or all three of the surveys. If you have any additional comments, leave them below for us to read.
