  2. this is why i look forward to leaving salt lake.

portland has "fuck you do it better", whereas salt lake city has "fuck you do it for me."

not a thanks for keeping this site up as i get ready to leave, just more complaining.

would be nice for people to volunteer to fix what is missing instead of complaining about it.

i am done with this site, and further more if you need something or something is lacking i bring portlands, "fuck you do it better."

saltcycle contributors are located on the left side of this page. if you want to help ask them.

  3. well I read the response man seems your upset where maybe I can see your point , I was asking about the sight since I had just started to find out about all this situation going on and leaving comments at the /salt.saltcycle.com/ though there wasn't much movement back and forth ,I guess it's a small city ? no idea I haven't been here for a long time , it was no complain all the contrary , thanks for mentioning the contributors , I will do so , good luck man

  4. hey Sebastian!
Don't worry, it is all very confusing right now but I'm going to start working on getting saltcycle back on track. Zed's done an insane amount of work for this site, I and some of the other old contributors are going to pick up where he's leaving off.

This blogger format is the old format Saltcycle used to be in. I believe it works better than the current saltcycle.com as an event page, which is what I see as saltcycle's role in the community: to promote and connect events in a central, populated location. It used to be this way and will be again soon.

Drop me an email (through by profile page on the right) if you're interested in contributing, tell me a little about your cycling interests and I'll add you as a contributor.

    Thanks,
and thanks again Zed for all your hard work.
    Davey

  5. hey Davey , You gave me some relief knowing now that this site is going to continue , I was bummed,I think this format is more pleasing as well,, all sounds good , I added myslef as a follower so I can check things out a little more easily .I wasn't sure where you wanted me to send you a message if through the followers section or through one of your blogs I didn't see any contact information on profile maybe I checked wrong?? so... going about my cycling interests, I basically always commute on my bike to and from work, school, downtown, a store , the bar , cafe you name it ,friends might laugh or see it as crazy it's been like this for about 3 years Since I've been in Salt Lake , which I don't complain even if it snows it's a pleasure , before I moved out here ...living abroad I've always hated driving so if it wasn't the bus it was always from point A to B pedaling away ,This year after I come back from a short trip I'm really going to set forward my situation for doing some touring in , around and out of state , though it might not be for to long I feel it must start from some point ,the only big problem is I seriously must dig into a little more knowledge about bicycle mechanics ,,I am a true disaster when it comes to the overall aspect .If I could contribute in any way it would be my pleasure and lots of fun,I'm up for photography on any bike event or anything towards graphics or in that area , getting out flyers etc contributing and and learning I'm up for both .I'm glad this site will continue with it's movement , it's a must for the promotion of the two wheeled movement
    thanks man ,
    Sebastian
