Room for rent in FTP girly bicycle house! GIRLS ONLY

We are looking for a lady to join us (3 other gals) who is responsible and respectful and has their life moderately together. Common sense is a must.

The room isn't HUGE but comes with a loft bed frame (if you so choose) that really opens up the space. I lived in it for 6 months and had enough space for everything i had including a desk, dresser, and small couch. Big closet and cool shelves built into the wall. There is a storage unit in the basement for anything extra so that's a plus. Huge kitchen, two enterences, and two bathrooms (you'd be sharing with one other person). There is carpet in the room but the whole house outside of bedrooms is tiled with new pretty tile. We have a large living room with plenty of space for bicycle parking... which reminds me- any cyclists or bike commuter will be considered first ;) We split the utilities between us four, there is high speed internet, the deposit is $200, and the lease is month to month as long as we get a months notice before you go.

We are looking for someone progressive, over 21ish, and self-reliable. Must be ok with some house rules (for cleaning and stuff) and, like I said, be respectful and think of others. This house is also drug and alcohol free. We are not LDS but we just don't want to deal with the problems that arise from drunk room mates and their friends. eek that sounds mean but it's true.

no smoking or pets.. we do, however, already have ONE curious cat so, just a warning.
